PDC drill bits facilitated Beike Energy's successful well completion, earning further high recognition

On April 9, 2026, Great Group received a congratulatory letter from the No. 40066 Drilling Team of Xinjiang Baiken Energy, which highly praised the outstanding performance and stable operation of the PDC drill bits provided by our company during the construction of the Bai Z65-2X well.

During the construction operation of Well BZ65-2X, our company's PDC drill bit performed excellently throughout the process, contributing to the successful completion of the well at a final depth of 1,311.00 meters. The actual drilling cycle for this well was only 5.29 days, significantly shorter than the designed cycle by 47.10%. The average mechanical drilling rate for the entire well reached 17.48 meters per hour, achieving a remarkable leap in operational efficiency.

During the construction process, the drill bit demonstrated outstanding resistance to wear and stability, enabling the project to achieve one-trip completion for both the primary and secondary drilling stages:  

- The primary stage drilled from the Quaternary strata through the Haojiagou Formation to completion in one trip, achieving a penetration of 129.00m.  

- The secondary stage drilled from the Haojiagou Formation to the target layers of the Taliqui Formation (A5, A7, A9-10) in a single trip, reaching a penetration of 1,182.00m. It successfully penetrated a 367.00m-thick conglomeratic fine sandstone layer, which causes significant wear to downhole tools, as well as 781.00m of silty mudstone and argillaceous siltstone layers. No work stoppages due to bit failure occurred throughout the process, greatly ensuring construction progress and operational safety.
