On February 23, GREAT Group held its 2026 New Year复工启动会 (post-holiday kick-off meeting) for the Year of the Horse. As it was the Bingwu Year of the Horse, the group's mid-to-senior level leaders and production line team leaders from each workshop came together with the driving force of 'galloping ahead at full speed' and the momentum of 'ten thousand horses charging forward' to embark on the new year's journey of hard work and achievement.

At the meeting, Yin Yan'er, Senior Manager of the Production Center, gave key instructions regarding post-holiday production work. She emphasized that each workshop must pay close attention to the startup and operation of machinery and equipment — before powering on, thorough inspections must be carried out to ensure stable and safe operation. At the same time, the flow and coordination of each production line should be properly arranged, and any unfinished tasks from the previous year should be reviewed and completed to ensure continuous and uninterrupted production. Yin Yan'er specifically pointed out that workplace safety must never be taken lightly — all employees must stay alert and approach the new year's production tasks with a rigorous and meticulous attitude.

Subsequently, Bai Junhua, Senior Vice President of the Group, took the stage to deliver a speech. She first affirmed the work arrangements made by the Production Center and once again emphasized the importance of workplace safety. Bai Junhua pointed out that right after the Spring Festival holidays, employees are prone to lapses in concentration and a relaxed attitude, so each team and every position must overcome the "post-holiday syndrome." She required all team leaders to effectively fulfill their responsibilities, promptly provide safety reminders to their team members, communicate the safety philosophy to every individual, and implement it in every link — always putting safety first, so as to safeguard production breakthroughs in the new year.

The safety training on work resumption held on the morning of February 24 was a concrete implementation of the meeting's directives. The training focused on "shifting mindset after the holidays and strictly preventing mental slackness," using case studies to reinforce employee concentration and prevent safety incidents caused by negligence. During the equipment management segment, the inspection requirements for various types of machinery were reiterated, with clear prohibitions on high-risk operations and strict adherence to procedures. In the hands-on segment, participants learned the proper use of fire extinguishers on-site and practiced correctly wearing and adjusting safety helmets — ensuring that every person mastered and passed the required skills.
