Core management, workshop leaders, and frontline production teams attended the meeting, rallying their efforts to sound the charge for the decisive battle, demonstrating responsibility and dedication through practical action!

At the beginning of the meeting, the production department head reported on the current order delivery progress, existing challenges, and follow-up plans. They objectively analyzed the severe challenges of tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and high standards during the sprint phase, clarified specific sprint targets and timelines for each production line and position, and ensured accountability, task assignment, and implementation.
