On January 27, the Fourth Session of the 14th Hebei Provincial People's Congress was grandly convened. The provincial government work report outlined a grand blueprint for the province's development in the new year. Li Chunyan, Provincial People's Congress Representative and President of GREAT Group, attended the session. During the review of the report, she shared insights based on the company's actual development, conveying GREAT Group's firm determination to deepen its presence in the drilling and production equipment sector and help Hebei's high-end equipment industry advance toward the trillion-yuan level.

"Listening to the 2026 Provincial Government Work Report, I deeply feel the firm resolve of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to cultivate new quality productive forces and strengthen the trillion-yuan high-end equipment industry!" Li Chunyan stated in her remarks. She noted that the report's provisions on innovation-driven supply chain strengthening, cluster development, and green transformation align precisely with the transformation needs of the drilling industry. These have filled the company with confidence and excitement for the future, while also igniting strong momentum for all employees to tackle challenges with concrete action.

Li Chunyan pointed out that over the past year, GREAT Group kept pace with the province's development, focusing on innovation and practical action, making multiple breakthroughs in technological advancement, project construction, and cluster empowerment — delivering a substantial results report. These include: breaking through technological barriers through industry-university-research collaboration with China University of Petroleum and Southwest Petroleum University; demonstrating green transformation responsibility by launching a 4.3 MW rooftop solar project, reducing annual CO2 emissions by 3,800 tons, and practicing green circular development; and expanding globally to win markets, with products reaching 45 countries and regions, and overseas sales accounting for 60%, bringing "Hebei Manufacturing" to the world.

Building on this new starting point and closely following the deployment requirements of the Provincial Government Work Report, Li Chunyan outlined GREAT Group's key focus areas for 2026, aiming to support the high-quality development of Hebei's high-end equipment industry through practical achievements: elevating technological innovation capability, striving to add 20 new patents to make innovation a core competitive strength; setting a benchmark for green development, deeply cultivating the green circular development track; and expanding market reach, increasing investment in overseas markets to raise the overseas sales proportion to 65%.
